Thank you for your service to our country. He is showing his location to be in Germany so that is probably the origin of the tag. I have had British tags in the past and they look different than that.

Actually, is a German plate. I'm stationed in Ramstein AB, Germany, right near Kaiserslautern as someone already mentioned. I love it here, but it does rain a bit more than it did in Phoenix, so when the weather is nice I try to work extra hard to shine the truck up!
