thats the new style pathfinder that is stretched a few inches for the v8 it wont work on your 06 unless you changed everything, fenders hood lights grille core support and bumper. You can use the 05-07 pathfinder or 05-08 frontier LE CC bumper not sure the work in changing that but its just the bumper.

I have an 06 pathfinder that im waiting for a KMA bumper, should be here in about 2 weeks that im willing to sell or do a partial trade for your chin piece +cash, will come with stock fog lights.

Just curious, why do you want to put a plastic bumper on a your Nismo. The first thing I did with my Pro4x is ditch the plastic bumper and put on a Shrocks. Why not keep the chrome bumper and just paint it.

im actually looking for a pathfinder bumper too. irongrave, are you sure they changed the fenders? it looks as though its all the same except for the grill and bumper...?...?

 

i would bet that this is just like converting the 05 to the 09 front ends. you would need the bumper, headlights and grille. Westco justin looked into doing an update but never got around to it. maybe you can give Scott@Fontananissan a call and see what part numbers you would need. i say the worst case scenario is that you would need the core/radiatior support.

Irongrave, it's no secret that you know a lot about our trucks but are you sure? about the stretched front? IIRC, AndrewVK didn't need to stretch his front to fit the V8. i think that update for the pathy was just cosmetic since it has been on the market for a few years now...

Thanks for the replys. I'm going to look at a 07 Pathfinder front bumper assembly at a local salvage yard on Saturday.

 

Need to replace front bumper cover anyway...

....since I hit a deer in MI a while back. I was going to look at the 06-07 Pathfinder as possible source. Anybody find out the answer as to what parts would be a direct fit? I also want to get the grill painted to match the body (since it is the only piece of chrome on the vehicle). If I was going to keep the truck I would probably get an aftermarket. I will trade for a 4WD when I move out of FL to some place where it snows....

Finally found out the answer to some the questions in this thread.

I took a chance and ordered a pre-painted cover off ebay. I ordered a cover for 2005-2007 Pathfinder.

The 2005-2007 Pathfinder cover does fit without modifications on the 2005-2008 Frontier LE.

However, there are a couple of differences:
1. The 3 piece chin spoiler/lower air dam pieces are different (not compatible-holes do not line up)
2. The Pathfinder uses inserts in each side of the center opening. On the frontier these are not separate pieces, they are part of the cover.

See the pic below, the inserts and air dam are missing..

I will probably make the inserts from a piece of aluminum and buy the air dam parts.
