Just wanted to let everyone know that these are still for sale or quillotm is trying to scam people.

As you can see, I simple asked if they were DEPO or OEM brand. We went back and forth with a series of PMs which were pretty useless. quillotm seemed to only want money with little to no info about the product. I would beware doing business with him even if it is a small amount.

This is the PM conversation so people understand that I am not just making up a story.

Still for sale. I dont really know if its Depo or OEM. Since I bought it off ebay I assume its Depo. I traded the truck in and forgot about the tail light. I really cant tell the difference from the OEM. I have plenty of money so first 5 dollars gets it just to piss this guy off. Oh and shipping is included. What a dork.

its an aftermarket chunk of plastic. im sorry i absolutely hate aftermarket auto parts. they are a pain in my ***. sorry to damper the sellers item. but anything headlight tail light you buy off ebay its aftermarket. unless its someone that actually has a pic of the item and says its used oem. dont mean to rant but working with aftermarket stuff at a body shop gets on a guys nerves.

5 bucks isn't going to piss me off. Heck, free isn't going to piss me off. I think I made my point when I said I only wanted OEM and not DEPO.

I just have to say, I am not the only one that felt that your PMs were a "off". It just seemed like you wanted to make a buck and if you shipped anything, it was going to be a brick or picture of a light or something stupid like that. Kinda like the kid that bought a PSP on ebay and recieved an original GameBoy.

I just wish luck to the person that does buy this and if possible, could they post up a pic.

Nothing wrong with DEPO or TYC lighting products. They are CAPA certified. But dubie is right dont try and sell something if you dont know what it is... Why the hell would you try and sell something for $5? Waste of time..

It's sold. The only point you made Dubbie was that your worried about puting an aftermarket tail light on a truck that already isnt built great. Its not like your putting a bug deflector on a RR. I hope the seller does post pics. Its a tail light guys, good gosh.

Just updating this thread. Apparently a "great deal" was made with another member and the light is sold. Quillotm does hope the buyer posts up some pics so he can save face and not look like he was trying to steal your money. He also used some kind of reference to jerking off a cat so you don't get it pregnant??? Now I am not sure if he is trying to be cool and make-fun of me or if it is some kind of "words of wisdom" from something that he has done.

Side Note: 30 bucks for a DEPO light in my mind is stupid since you can find OEM ones used for 50 or less shipped so the extra cost for OEM was justified in my case. Now if it was a 30 aftermarket compared to 300 OEM, aftermarket would probably get my money.
