Well parts geek did it again. Thus is the second time I've ordered from them and the second time they sent me the wrong part. Since the part was $10 and shipping was $10 and I would have to pay return shipping, it's not even worth returning.
In this case, 2 strikes and they're out!

Their part quality is garbage. I ordered fender liners from them for my second gen, the poorest quality stuff imaginable.

If it's THEIR mistake, they should handle ALL COSTS for replacement, including return shipping, if they really want the part back.

Don't you value your money? Call them and demand a refund and a pickup tag, they won't send one as it cost too much to be worthwhile. They screwed up, not you.

You need to learn how to "negotiate" better. Just your post here will cost Parts Geek at minimum hundreds of dollars in lost business....

Wow! They have a garbage return policy. Right from their site:

I got a wrong part, who pays for return shipping?
We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.

Parts Geek has lost the opportunity to have me as a customer. Too bad for them, I have 6 vehicles, and I spend on them. They may have lost more potential business JUST from me by their actions or inactions, or their "it's our policy". Well, I follow my own policies, so bye, Parts Geek !!!

That's why you vote with your money, those who deserve, get some and others get none.Prior to this thread I had never heard of them but now I'll keep an open ear and if anyone I know mentions them, you can guess what will be said then.
