i don't think you can just get a bumper already painted. If that was the case i have to go fight with the collision center for charging me extra to paint my bumper.

You might want to see about finding a place that sells used parts.

You can get a steel flat black rear bumper. It is not avalible for the front. I just got rear ended about a month ago, and learned this. Believe it or not the painted black bumper was like $12 more then the chrome one... $400 some dollars, if I remember right. I still MIGHT have the part numbers on the estimate. I'll look if you want.
