When my wife-to-be graduated from Wash State, she got a new '70 model 240 Z S/N #355. We got married and kept the car. It is now being restored at Awesome Z in Houston. I bought a new Nissan SV 2013 4x4 in 2013. Also, we own a 2009 Infiniti. And we are storing my son's 2006 350Z.

Welcome! I was trying to buy a 240 Z brand new in 70. I believe it was 3600.00.

Welcome to the Club. I'd love to see that old Z. Here's what I did to one:

Whoa, that looks very TVRish. Which is a good thing, but maybe not for a 240Z.

Welcome to the club Zee man. Show us some pictures, especially the Z when it gets done.

Awesome Z has posted a series of before pix of 240 #355 on Awesome Z facebook. It is in pitiful shape. They also have my donor 260 sheet metal donor car down in Houston. #355 has lots of rust and needs everything. They will post as they work on it They are very excited to find an original owner car from the shipment of first 500!
Like the convertible. Datsun should have done that long ago!
