I have an OEM 4 pin harness with relay harness, it's brand new never used. Dealer installed it instead of 7 pin. I purchased the 7 pin and swapped it out. It does have the mounting bracket as well. Can provide USPS tracking number upon purchase.

I would take $40 shipped within the lower 48 states.

For some reason I don't think my post went through, I bought the oem 7 pin from the nissan dealership it was around $77 with tax
