OEM Nissan 7 Pin Running Lights

I'm running out of ideas here. I have the OEM 7 Pin trailer wiring kit. All hooked up correctly as far as I can tell. Brake lights and turn signals work but I have no running lights. This is verified by the test light. Checked the fuses under the hood, wiring on the frame looked OK, pulled the relays in the kick plate and swapped them and still nothing. I checked the wife's Xterra that has the same setup and hers works fine. I get a light on the tail lights, brakes, battery and turn signals.

It seems to me that I either have a blown fuse somewhere (all lights on the truck work) or the wire is broke, which seems odd since the brake lights work.

Anyone got any ideas here? Anyone ever have an issue like this with the factory hookup?

I had a similar issue once, turned out to be an odd fuse under the hood.
Leaning toward this. Everything on the plug checked out with the test light except the running lights. I'm not getting power to the plug for the running lights. I have to stop and get some spare fuses anyway. Be a little bit before I can get to this since the weather here sucks the next few days. Thank you for the responses!
I did search. Found a lot of people with aftermarket stuff that doesn't work. Mines an 09. Not the same ipdm as newer trucks. Swapped the trailer tow fuse, the ttow rev light fuse and both blue relays. Nada. Test light shows nothing and the multimeter is giving me inconsistent voltage. Battery connection at plug is strong. Traced back the wiring, nothing obvious.

I don't know to be honest if it ever worked. It's been on the truck for a long time but pulled my first trailer last month and had no running lights.

I get two clicks from the relays in pass footwell too.
Got it! Trailer tow fuse was only making contact on one leg. Bent the tang and bam, trailer light contact on the plug lights up on the test light.

Should have known. Second time I've ad that issue with a fuse in this thing.
