Anyone had luck finding matching wheels for your truck in a junkyard, or am I better just looking online?

I need 2 more wheels for snow tires.

I would suggest checking the for sale sections here and on thenewx.org. Guys sell stock wheels regularly. And if you want them quickly, check craigslist for your area, I always see them on there. Remember that 2005 and up frontier, xterra and old style Pathfinder wheels will all fit just fine. Also, you say 2, not sure if it means you already have 2 or only plan on 2 snow tires. I really suggest you get 4 matching snows if you are going to use them at all.

check this out, i was trying to see if T100 wheels would fit my 98.

Wheel Bolt Pattern Cross Reference Database and Conversion Guide: TOYOTA * T-100

you can do it by bolt pattern or vehicle type, the next link is done by vehicle type.

http://www.roadkillcustoms.com/hot-...SAN&Models=FRONTIER+2WD,+4WD,+SC,+SE,+SVE,+XE just take note of the bore for the hub, that list didnt eliminate wheels with smaller bores than the frontier, disregard any wheel with smaller than 100mm bore.

no other wheel on that list has 100mm bore so i would nee a spacer to go from 106mm on the t100 wheel to 100mm on the frontier hub, these guys are one source for centering rings.

Hub Centric Rings - Fits wheel with 106mm center bore to vehicle with 100mm hub diameter

Wheel Bore Size Vehicle Hub Size
106mm 100mm

Quantity in Package: 4
Material: Nylon

Important Notes:
Manufactured from poly carbonite, no corrosion issues.
Vehicle compatibility, if listed, is used to match the hub centric ring to the vehicle's hub only.
Item pictured is for general reference only, the actual item may be different in appearance with changes in bore and hub sizes.

If you put your location in your profile a person reading the post can determine if they are close enough to help you.

I bought a spare wheel for under the truck to match the other ones for $54 dollars from wheelsandcaps.com. It’s “reconditioned” but looks brand spanking new. You can find any number of websites that sell the standard steel wheel for cheap.

I recently saw 2 oem 4wd wheels, in excellent condition, at a junkyard where I acquired my 4wd wheels that I installed on my 2wd. 2wd center cap on 4wd wheels.
