Good morning all... Every time I drive over any bumps, small or big I get a clicking/cluck type noise coming from the rear - could it be a leaf spring or something?

Also, why do the brakes squeak so loud when I use them for the 1st time of the day or when the truck has been sitting for even an hour? It is rather annoying and embarrasing - I just purchased the truck. 2008 used 15K. Thanks in advance for the help and have a at

my rear end has done this from the moment i drove it off the lot with 0 miles on it.

Welcome! Can you rock the bed and hear it while someone tries to pinpoint it? Or sit in the bed while someone slowly drives over bumps? Usually something just needs to be snugged down.
