Hey all! As of last Saturday (03-11-06) I became the proud new owner of a 2006 Crew
Cab Nismo 4x4! Storm Gray w/ sunroof, fosgate, traction pack, tow pack- everything I
was interested in- already on the lot waiting for me. What's interesting I think is the line
of cars I'm coming from:
-1983 S-10 Blazer 4x4 (The High School hand-me-down, always a favorite)
-1990 Mustang LX 5.0
-1995 Mustang GT 5.0
-2001 Blazer Xtreme
-2001 Chevrolet Camaro SS / 6 speed (which I traded in for my FRONTIER!)
Yeah, the dealer was just as puzzled as you guys probably are. But I must say I LOVE
my new truck and I started off looking at the entire spectrum (Chevy, Dodge, Ford,
Toyota, Nissan, etc...) and the Frontier just has it all. The Toyota comes close, but
everyone else is just a joke. This is also my first non-american vehic and I am loving the
QUALITY. My SS was quicker than stink but the thing had more rattles than a nursery.
So for a long term- do all- go anywhere- vehic, the Nissan is a no-brainer.
It hasn't even been a week but I can't say enough about this truck. I know you guys
know what I'm talking about. Anyway I hope to learn a lot here and to contribute as well.
Cheers!
