Hi All,
After many years and life changes it was time to get a truck again. Had thought about it for a bit but truck prices including used are ridiculous these days. Finally found a 2012 Crew Cab SL with 60k miles with a reasonable price. Traded my Chevy HHR with 240k mile on the clock. Great little vehicle and I will miss the gas mileage but with the 2.2L engine it only had enough power move itself around.
It was time for a open bed (small that it is) and a decent towing capability. We have two 1,100lb Can Am Spyders that I would like to be able to tow on longer trips. How can I tell if my Frontier already has the tow package installed? It already has the hitch with a 7 pin round wiring connector mounted. I am curious about wiring for electric brakes and oil and transmission coolers.
This is my first Nissan truck and really glad I stumbled across this site as it appears to have a wealth of knowledge. Why reinvent the wheel right?
