I thought I had introduced myself, but Fergus told me to do so, so, Hi! This is Bad Randy in Reading, PA. I have a 98 XE with some issues I would like to resolve. However, I cannot figure out how to navigate here. I was told to goto "tools", but I cannot find it. Any help is appreciated. I would like to upload a pic of my soon to be antique, but avatar only allows voice recorder?

Thanx. I think i can post ok, but FAQ will help navigate wen i hav time to use a confuser & read it. My problem is apparently my '98 likes altenators. 3 in a year, last 1 lasted 2 weeks. Pep Boys says truk is problem, Diagnostic center said PB rebuilds are problem. Schematic shows relatively simple charging system, but just not sure it is NOT a problem with the truk. Thanx in advance for any help, and, where would this best be posted? 1st Gen?
