Good afternoon all,
Just signed the papers on a 2016 Frontier Pro 4x manual in black. I was between the Tacoma and Frontier but for some reason my gut told me Nissan. Could be the solid feel, proven system, or just a good dealership. Whatever the reason, I pick it up on Tuesday. Having the trailer hitch installed. No other accessories right now as I just got done adding to my UTV. But I will get there I'm sure.
I'm coming from a 2012 F250 diesel that will be missed but it went with the camper. So here's to life in a small but mighty Frontier.

Have a great weekend .

Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking forward to having a manual again; it's been about 6 years. I'm hoping that brings the fun factor back to daily driving. I will be towing my UTV on an aluminum trailer so no more than 3,000 lbs. I'm assuming the clutch can handle this easily. Looking forward to learning from all of you. Now I just need to get the thing. I've never wanted a weekend to go by quickly until now.
After a lot of messing around, I ended up with a pro4x in white, my first choice. I have about 1000 miles on it now and I love it more every day. We will see how it does pulling the UTV

I see what you mean about reverse. The 4 low trick worked perfect.
I'm at 2500 miles now and I just got to using the A/C this week. Wow, it really robs the power and makes smooth shifts somewhat difficult. Maybe I just need to get used to it. It just feels like this truck is choked off a little. Like it needs air or it needs the exhaust system opened up. It has plenty of power once moving though. In any case, I love this thing.
