Hello,

I am in Charlotte, NC. Have lived here for 6 years, and owned my 2004 Frontier since 2005. Bought it with 5k miles on it. It's an XE, Crew Cab, 4wd, LineX bedliner, tonneau cover, hitch, approximately 60k miles. I just bought some new Yokohama Geolander A/T tires that are in route to me now.

I put Geolanders on my company silverado - really like them for traction, dry, wet, or snow but they have a heavy 'feel' to them.

Thanks for the welcoming comments. I've trolled here in the past to help some maintenance items and this forum is like gold, so thanks to all the posters.

I searched forever for tires. I still have some tread left on the stock long trails, but they are getting old. I have an 18 month old son and wanted something a little newer between him and the pavement. The "heavy" feeling comment concerns me a little. With 180 HP the last thing I need is more drag. Hopefully they work out ok, because it's too late now!
