Hello everyone,
my name is Marlene and I'm here today to ask a few questions. I have a 06' frontier cc with a solid rear glass and I am looking to get a sliding window instead bc i'm getting the leer cap with a sliding glass too.
So far i only see three ways i can do this...
(1) at a junkyard close by me i found out this guy will charge me $100 for an acrylic sliding piece. So he will cut and install an acrylic window in one day.
I know that wouldnt be the greatest move if I planned to keep it uncapped, but i'm not bc the cap will be in place.
(2) I've checked CRL's site, but they are pricey. Their windows start at 280+ (shipping not included), are there any others like CRL so that i can compare their prices?
(3) at last, the most expensive option, the dealer told me nissan doesn't make sliding windows for the cc, only for kc. If lenght was the only difference between the cc and the kc, then would the kc sliding window fit to a cc? Has anyone tried doing this to a frontier before?
thanks for reading this far, i will check back in later on.
warmly,
Marlene:hi:
