Recently went to a local muffler shop here in Louisiana, acquired about a dual in single out exhaust exiting right side of the bumper with dual tips much like srt-10. After a couple hours and my pocket $265.oo lighter, this is what they accomplished very tight bends but crappy welds but no leaks and it sounds awesome. Post what u think, videos are in progress....here's a link to a video, new magnaflow exhaust - Car Videos on StreetFire

its not about looks, its about penetration. can you even weld that good? by the looks of the hanger, the welds look fine to me

and why did you go dual tip straight out the back on one side?

This is off subject, but your 4.0L badging looks really cool. And the duals on one side is just fine, I had mine that way for about 1.5 yrs and finally split them this last winter. And your welds look better than mine, though thats because I taught myself how to weld on my exhaust. Also as a note, my dual magnaflows keep getting deeper sounding for several months and were eventually as deep as my former flowmaster.

i'm not a fan of the dual tips straight out the back on one side. I would have gone with a single tip coming out at the stock location. Seems kind of "fake" to put dual tips on a single out muffler doesn't it? If you wanted dual tips why didn't you use a dual in/dual out muffler?

Dude I want your caltracs and your stickers!! I cant find where you have the photo of your side window. And for a new magnaflow muffler yours sounds pretty deep and nice. Deeper than mu=ine did 6 months ago. Mine are dual 4" x 18"s, so they don't have as much sound collector space as yours. But mine sound really good now, and I'm sure yours will only get better.

yea the caltracs are a big benefit to traction they would suit u nicely since in that video clip of your new 4.11's u have a spinning issue, my friend has a supercharged x-runner w/6spd and he purchased the caltracs he gets pretty good traction, the stickers are not very noticeable considering they are on the cowl part of the hood

sangster, i wanted that look theres nothing fake about this exhaust, consider if u got next to me all ud see is that and my tailights

Dual tips for a single exhaust = fake

whether you beat my slow lifted big tired non-performance modded 4x4 or not.....it's still fake dual exhaust

If you don't want opinions, don't post on a public forum.

Really? Post what we think? So that you can toss sarcasm and immature comments our way if we don't like your mod?

its not negativity man, its our OPINIONS on an exhaust job. you dont agree with our OPINIONS, therefore you think its negative. if you did not want to hear our "negativity" why post this thread?

Exactly....a simple, "thank you for your opinions. I like the look and sound and I'm happy I had it done this way." is the response you SHOULD have given. Otherwise, don't ask what we think about it if you can't take our opinions without thinking that we're attacking you or your vehicle.
