Whats up guys! :hi: I am going to be getting a frontier either in a few days (2004) or a brand new one in October. Not really sure which way to go, but I figured I would join the community since I am definitely getting a frontier! Please go easy on a noobie! Haha

I am 20 soon to be 21 in October and have been saving up for a few months now. I could go with a very nice 2004 XE Crew Cab 4x4 V6 for $12k. It has 50k miles and is silver! I love the way the 2004's look. I test drove it, but I am scared that it is a little cramped. I am 6'1" and I must say I felt pretty close to the steering wheel. My second option is to keep saving up even more and go brand new. Probably a 2009 or 2010 Pro-4x. I just really love the 04's look with the roof rack and all. I would go extended cab on a new one, but crew cab on an 04'. I know that the power on the 2nd gens are a lot more.

I have a tough decision ahead of me! Part of me wants to go for the 04 and not wait, but the patient part of me wants to wait and go new! Any advice you guys could give a new guy who is extremely confused on which route to take!?

Wuts up everyone. I am from montgomery county. I am liking all the feedback on the 04'. I am going to test drive it again tomorrow and then I am going to have it MD inspected on Monday. If all goes well, I should have it by Tuesday.

I think a fresh silver 04' 4x4 V6, with the roof rack, some 20 or 25% tints, and upgraded sound would so sick.
It's only got 50k miles on it too! Hopefully all goes well and I will update with pictures!

Thanks everyone

Hey guys! Quick update! I have decided to wait until October to get the 2010 Pro-4X Extended Cab. I decided just to go new because it truly is the best path when vehicle shopping. I have 4k saved up now and will have $10k by the beginning of October! I will miss the 2004 but the patience will pay off when I have a brand new truck in my driveway! Thanks guys
