Welcome.
Nothing beats new black paint!
May I suggest Nissan factory fog lights as your first mod. They make the front look better as well as adds more light. I ordered mine from The Nismo Shop :: West Covina Nissan
Under the events tab is a 10% discount code and received them in less than a week for $214 delivered. Shipping will only slightly change by location.
There is a write up with pictures on the site here.

I have to go over the SE-R at least twice a year with my polisher and compounds to keep the swirl marks and fine scratches at bay.
Like I said, black is an awesome color just a bit more maintenance than most other colors.

As far as the fog lights go, they won't be the only "mod" you do if you hang around here for long.
Click into my gallery (top right in my post) and check out my modifications (some links in my signature too about mods/improvements).
It's a contagious disease on this board . . lol.

Ahhh, another NPR native. Welcome to the group.

My only suggestion is that you plan out your mods and figure out what your final vision of your truck is before you start to buy stuff. It sucks to have to re-buy things to fit your final picture.

Also, what part of Trinity are you in? Those homes don't seem like the ones at the corner of Little and Trinity, are they?

back by the YMCA and the trinity outpatient center.
you seem like you know that area? did ya grow up around there?
Ahhh, now I know where you are at. I moved to NPR when I was 2 and then to Melbourne when I was 22. My parents still live in NPR and I am there about once every month or 2. I am guessing that you went to Mitchell HS (RiverRidge for me).

I also know that intersection since a buddy of mine crashed his 65 mustang coming out of the Y. It was a sad day. He was fine but the car was FUBARed.

Yea, I had some friends that went to Gulf.

So, what are your visions for your truck? Are you going to lift it and go for the offroad look or just keep it clean or go with a performance oriented truck?

I know you mentioned the stereo and fogs but that could go towards any vision.
