$650 is a good price for labor/installation. But a nissan dealership would know what they are doing. The place i'll be doing mine at is fontana nissan. They will do it for only $500. You can't beat that.
A clutch is not all you'll need. A lot of people experienced both clutch and flywheel wear. I think nissan recommends you replace the flywheel also. If you don't it could cause uneven wear of the new clutch. I don't know though, i was told by a lot of others that a flywheel is needed.
There is a group buy happening on JWT flywheel/clutch combo. It won't be over with until summer though. But the price would be around $650 to $700.
