Hello all.

Just recently purchased a new 2019 Frontier PRO-4X in Glacier White with the cloth interior. I have been wanting a PRO-4X for years now and this was the last new one available in Southern California so I figured if I was going to get one, this is my last chance to do it. Plus the current offers made the decision a bit easier. I know the truck is old tech but that's exactly what I want. I've watched and read so many reviews on this truck that I felt like I've already driven it, and I actually purchased it without driving or even seeing it in person. But that didn't matter, because I love this truck!

I've always liked the Nissan brand and owned a few B13 SE-R's in the past. I also currently own a 1968 Datsun 510 that I'm slowing building up. Adding the Frontier to the lineup has helped round things out as this is the first truck that I've ever owned. My plans are to use it for camping and not being afraid of curbs. Most of my other vehicles are too low or have low profile tires, so having larger sidewalls and ground clearance allows for a sense of freedom.

So far I've installed Hefty Fabworks rock sliders and a Yakima BedRock round bar setup so that I could reuse the Yakima attachments I already have. I've attached the Yakima BasketCase basket to the bed rack, kinda small but might come in handy. The truck never came with a tow package so I'm leaning towards replacing the rear bumper for something stronger and with a receiver built in. Would be nice if also provided protection for the side and underneath if possible. I've seen the ARB bumper but not really feeling it.

Great buy!!
My dad is a Nissan employee and I've been getting employee leases for years. All Frontiers!! Except for one Titan lol.
But, my dad is thinking of retiring soon so I figured it was time to double down.
Got my own '19 PRO-4X in Cayenne Red. The dealer told me that they could do a virtual or contactless test drive (Thanks Corona) and I just told him I know more about the truck than he does lol. Literally picked up my new Frontier in the leased Frontier lol.
First thing I did was add in a K&N air filter. Then some Offroad Gorilla piston hood struts. Finally, removed the PRO-4X decals (never liked them but that's preference).
