nerf bars for trucks with a 2" bl?

are there any companies that make a nerf bar that specifically fits our frontier with a 2" bl? i know shrock does it with sliders, but i'm not in need of those. i just need a nerf bar so my youngest can have an easier time, but i don't want it to sit 2 inches below the body. i like the nfab style bar, but haven't seen much else like it that addresses the body lift issue. and before i get flamed, yes i have searched but my iraqi internet is slow, crappy, and expensive, so help me out if you can, thanks.

NFab's bolt to the body as well. The only one's that don't (as far as I know) are weld on slider-types, such as Shrockworks.
Where exactly do they bolt on to the body?
Both my 2012 and my 2016 had/have studs already in place. Poke you head under your truck and you'll see two studs below the front doors and two below the back doors. They come from the rocker panel and point in towards the center of the truck.

Hope this helps.
