I need the 2 rails on the floor of the bed gone, to haul 2 dirt bikes. I bought a T-40 socket, removed all the bolts, but CANT GET THE RAILS UP? Does anyone know how to remove them?

why do you need to remove them to hual dirt bikes? I have fit them in my bed with out removing mine.

I've fit two sportbikes in the bed with the rails. Why not make a chock mount for them using the rails?

Ive hauled both bikes with the rails in. I want them out so the tires can sit in the bed floor grooves, where the rails are now. Idleone removed his, hopefully he'll get one soon.

Hauling dirtbikes across Texas tommorrow. Still cant get the bottom 2 rails out.

Maybe there is dried crud/dirt keeping them stuck. I removed a top rail on my Titan and the bolts were the only thing holding the rail in place. Only other possibility is there is double faced tape under it.

probably a bit of rust/corrosion or the bed liner has stuck to the rail.

I wasn't able to remove the rails, but no big deal. I was able to pry up the end of one rail, but found no rust/grime/grit/or tape. Also, the bed is really clean and looks like it was never used. The rails are so stuck, the pry-bar made an indention in the bed before the rail would budge.

The only thing I can think of is (and may be far-fetched) that the rails were installed before the bed-liner completely dried.
