I just recently bought a 2004 Frontier Quad Cab S/C. it has 74,000 miles on it and I hope to keep it in the family...

I honestly do a lot of freeway travel, so I am wondering what would it take to delete the supercharger off the truck in hopes of getting some better gas mileage???

welcome the work involved is not worth the little gain you might get. your best bet for a little more MPG and power is to;

1. full tune up replace plugs wires oil coolant flush trans flush general maintenance items like that
2. do an air box mod, remove the factory resonators and sound cancelers for a little smoother intake path with a good fliter, K&N, AEM or similar type

Welcome, I hear you on wanting to econmize but in the end it's easier to just put the gas in it and drive. The extra power is nice to have on tap.
