April 1989 - Announced production of Altima sedan, requiring a $490 million expansion and creating more than 2,000 jobs

neat read, thanks. These million mark cars and trucks...were they sold or did Nissan keep them? If they were sold did the customer know that they were a internal # car? I think that be kinda neat to say hey my fronty was the seven-millionth vehicle that was produced in Smyrna.
