Any here try the mishimoto thermostat for the 350z? It opens at a lower temp then the NISMO (according to manufacturer) but i dont know in regards to quality... Pretty hard to beat OEM but damn its only like $60. WOnder why the nismo is so much considering the reg OEM thermostat is about $60 vs the $195 of the NISMO. Let me know what you guys think!

dunno, guess one way to find out . lol So it must be because you are in HI as far as the prices being a bit higher than normal. A 350Z regular thermostat is 23.00 bucks here at my dealer. Got a link on the mishimoto thermostat?

Gonna keep this in mind when it's time to replace my T-stat(Nismo 68*c).

Only issue is that you may need to be tuned to run it. I know a stock Z Tstat will work. A Nismo Z Tstat works but is close. Now an even cooler Tstat, idk about that unless you are boosted.

I wonder if XterraHines will try it when he rebuilds his motor or if Brutal will try it when he goes dual forced?

Saw it on eBay for about $65. X2 on getting a tune. Just lookin at some other options for when I do the swap. Prob paying for the nismo name with the other thermostat.

I have it on my truck, It does keep motor cool. Had it for about 3 months no problems thus far
