Metallic scraping noise when turning to the left.

I have a 2015 SV 4x4. Truck has 19k on it. The last few months I've been noticing a noise coming from the front driver's side wheel. It only seems to happen when I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. Happens in drive and reverse. It's louder when I'm on an incline. I can reproduce the noise if I cut the wheel all the way to the left and drive in a circle but I can't isolate where it's coming from. It sounds like an intermittent metallic scraping noise. Reminds me of the noise when one of the rotors on my mountain bike is no longer true.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks for your help.

First thought would be brake pad wear indicators but not at 19K. Could it just be pads dragging on the rotors? Jack up wheel and turn by hand and see if you can reproduce the sound.
Okay, will do. Thanks.

I read some older threads on here and some suggested replacing the ball joint. Any chance my ball joint could be worn out at only 19k?
Maybe a piece of gravel or a stick pressing on the sheet metal guard behind the rotor? Causing it to rub?
That was actually my first guess too. The last few months I have been camping a lot and driving on dirt roads. I climbed underneath the truck but didn't see anything. I'm going to jack it up tomorrow and try spinning that wheel. When I'm done, I'll pull it off and see if there is any junk in there.
Wanted to update this in case anyone else has this problem. Ended up the backing plate was bent. The dealer ended up covering it since I bought the truck new. Must have hit a pothole too hard.
