About ready to change the transmission fluid in my 2001 3.3L 4x4 5 speed MT. Going to go with redline MT90 but I need to order it online. My repair manual show a capacity of about 5 quarts. Will I really be able to drain that much out, wondering how many quarts I need to buy.

Manual transmissions can generally be drained completely unlike auto trans where the torque converter retains a fair amount, thus the drain & fill method that most seem to use.
I ended up using what the capacity called for in my 6-sp. And that Redline makes a noticeable difference for me, especially in the Winter. Even smoother shifts than Amsoil, imho. Keep us posted!
