Mainer with a new pro-4X...

Hi, my Name is Russ, just bought a new 2016 Pro-X4 on Thursday and I love it.
It is my second Nissan, I had a 95 hardbody king cab 4 cylinder that I ran hard for nine years.
I will be lurking around, looking to put a receiver hitch on it and find a skid plate to protect that radiator, looks kind of low and exposed...
Anyway, enough blabbing, if you see me posting gimme a hand if you can.
Thanks, Russ

Welcome, but I though all P4X came with a hitch

guess not, either way enjoy

I needs a skid here soon as well
No hitch on mine, they package that with the bed extender I think.
I lived on dundee pond in windham, and Highland lake in windham for awhile.
Also lived in OOB for 7 years. The factory skids are OK, I am going to upgrade to the rugged aluminum one this summer.

Nice, I'm in Baldwin but worked in windham for awhile. My truck doesn't have a hitch either

My wife and I also have a '17 ram bighorn, nice truck, tons of options... I can tell you that she will be driving that from now on. This nissan just feels right, we found it 80 miles from home and when we picked it up I smiled non stop driving it back.
It takes me back to my '95, only nicer.
It is a truck, no doubt about it, and I feel at home in it.

Hi Russ,
Congrats on the new Pro4x. I just picked up my 2017 today. I took the long way home too and felt the same way. It feels right and took me back in a good way. (I previously owned a 94 Toyota pick up). I'm from MA and I might reach out someday to get an idea of some decent ME areas to put the Pro4x to the test in off road conditions. Enjoy the ride.

Welcome!

I'm out of NH with and older Nismo. I see quite a few pro-4s around me, but I don't think many of them are here.
