So Recently Ive been looking into lowering my 1st gen desert runner. From what I've been reading about so far is that since its the desert runner i cant go super low, which is alright with me. These plans have drastically changed since before I wanted to lift it and put 35's on it. It just didn't seem practical since it was 2wd. Its in too good condition to lift it and go beat the **** out of it. Im going to be putting stock back on because i liked the way it looked before. About how far can i drop it? I only want like 2-3 inches. Enough to run 255/50r18 tires which are 28 inches i believe, and it be flush.Thats only a few inches smaller than what I already have on there.

Any responses would be Great.

For goodness sakes, why in the hell would you want to LOWER a Desert Runner????

They are SUPPOSED to be high. If anything, put a lift on it.

Asking how to lower a Desert Runner is like asking your girlfriend to have breast reduction surgery.
