I would just get one from Nissan. It's likely 12MM, but I'm not sure the length? I'd give you the part number but you didn't provide any information on the Frontier, specifically the year.
Lower spindle bolt size?
Can anyone tell me what the bolt size is that goes threw lower spindle and holds ball joint in? I've been pounding on it to get it out and needs to be replaced.

The bolt is Nissan # 40178-7S01A, MSRP $2.55, and the nut, if needed, is # 01223-N004U, MSRP $1.93.
