I have a set of Pro Comp X-Terrain tire 37x13.50R15 LT in mind and looking for some feedback on this brand if anyone has them running on their truck and how they are holding up.

Those would be the biggest tires Ive seen on a Frontier! Can it handle those? There gonna be heavy!

I think it can handle it. Penski is going to help me put in a rear diff with 3:69 gears if I buy it. but maybe 35's would be better suited for that ratio.

No clue about the tires but 37s, damn. The 3.69s should hold up but 4.10 may be better since it gives you a little more grunt and the ability to go 38s in the future.

Yeah I bought my 33's from them.

am i loosin it, or does 3.69's seem really high for 37's? maybe it has to do with the 2nd gen tranny ratios.

4.10's would be better for 37's ,
although 3.69's would push the tires better than the 3.13's he is running now

damn those are big. Even barry with all that lift he had he had i think 40's or something and he still cut. whats your plans on the lift or are you planning to just hack away on the fenders.

I already shaved the fenders to flow with the lines of the fender flares I have. I shound not have any problems with 37's rubbing on anything. I also have the calmini db lift.

with 37s you might want to look into doing some brake upgrades as these trucks have a hard time slowing down on 33s let alone and heavy arse 37. I've never been a fan of pro comp tires but that is seeing them in rocks and mud out east not sure how they wear on the street or work out west. if you were a 4x4 I would say go BFG Krawlers but they are kinda pointless on a 2wd truck

I have always liked the Procomp X-Terrains, only truck I know running them in a 37 size is Houdini, and that's on a SAS'd 1st gen Frontier with different gearing.

I think you'd be the first 2nd gen to do it, at least that I know of.

nah the first was barry matsui, he had calmin DB w/body lift and titan swap. that thing was HIGH..and those tires was huge but a complete mall crawler..

Nice dude i love those arctic fender flares they look sick and no one runs them except the euros. GO FOR IT, than you can drive to the north pole just like topgear
