Hello everybody!
So I was wondering what people who have regearded the m226 use for a locker. Seeing as my truck has the factory e-locker, could I get away with keeping it when I up to 4.10 gears? Or should I look into an ARB/Detroit/spartan locker?

See Rugged Rocks for gear upgrades and the like - yes. for the expense, go big- lock and load front and rear. fun fun fun in the dirt. ARB has the product for the M226 and the R180 Subaru front diff without the titan swap cost in an air locker setup. You may want to keep the differentials balanced with the same gearing.

Are you changing Up tire size all around?

You can keep the e-locker. Most people keep it when they change gearing. I prefer the ARB, but no need to buy one unless you want to or there is something wrong with the one you have.

Stick with the e-locker until/unless you need to change it out. My e-locker is still working fine after almost 3 years of hard wheeling on 35s/4:10s. When it does finally give up the ghost I will be going to an ARB simply due to ease of use and the fact that I already have OBA and an ARB in the front.
