I have bilstiens and ome springs and the CST spindles on my truck for like 6.5 inch's of lift up front and also have the spc control arms I've seen some people putting one inch spacer on top but without the spindles on there builds so can I add that on top or will I run out of down travel I've got crazy amounts of up ttavl to where I hit me plastic fenders in the wheel well but just thinking if I could do that before I body lift the girl

You could go another 1/2" or so before the ride starts getting bad with what you have. Adding a 1/4" thick spacer to what you have will put you at 7" of lift. This is about the most you want to go at Frontier width. Your next step to go higher without a body lift would be to Titan swap. If you do that you could be at 8.5" and still have a decent ride. After than you are in drop bracket/body lift land, but at that point you are so high that the truck isn't practical as a truck anymore...

You'll need 6.5+ inches of lift AND lots of trimming to clear 35s. That or just lose the fenders all together and go glass. It has been done on slightly shorter lifts but it requires commitment to leaving lots of fender on the garage floor.
Problem is you don't want to be driving around in a truck with no droop left as not only does the ride suck but handling gets sketchy (bordering on dangerous) on anything bumpy. You are already close to that area with the amount of lift that you are currently running. Like glamisdude mentioned, your next step is to swap if you want to get any more lift and still have a driveable truck. Keep in mind though that the wider you go the more trimming you'll have to do as the wheel/tire obviously cycles farther out which puts it in line with the fender lip. It also turns in a wider arc when/if you go to aftermarket wheels since most of them have less backspacing than the stockers. Biggest problem area is the lower rear corners of the front fenders. I'm on just over 7" of lift and 35s and I had to leave a couple inches of that area in the recycling bin to clear them at full stuff with the wheels turned at 1/2 - 3/4 lock.

Titan swap it and you should clear 35s with some trimming.

Hell if you want impractical just go all out, 6" drop bracket, 5" titan swap, 3" body lift, be sitting tall at 14" of lift! Glorified mall crawler! Woohoo!

Titan swap it and you should clear 35s with little to no trimming.
Can't clear them without trimming. The fender wells are just too small. They'll clear going straight, and even turned for the most part until you stuff a tire with the wheel turned. Even when mine was sitting at over 8" it still rubbed pretty heavy whenever I off roaded it, even after trimming a bit beyond the basic trim job I already had on it from the 33's before the DB kit.

But this was with aftermarket wheels yes? I heard that with OEM wheels 6" and t swap clears with little trimming. Or course this is the interwebs and I have no personal experience to verify this. Little trimming could have been 3" of fender lol.

OP listen to Nomad about the trimming part haha.

When I first swapped it was still on stock wheels and 33s and it was close. When I went to 35s on aftermarket wheels it would barely clear sitting in the garage with the wheels turned. I'll try to get some pix up of how it sits now.
That said, you'd have better luck on stock wheels but you'd have to stick to pretty skinny tires to be able to clear the spindles and fender wells. My 315/75s are almost 13" wide on the 8.5" wide Level 8s so they take up a LOT of space and need lots of room to move.
