I finally got my beloved 2008 set up and looking the way I want it to this weekend. Apparently, the last retard with an air impact at the tire shop over-torqued one of the lugs and stripped one of my rear wheel studs. I had to drill it out and replace it. Not a big deal, but just reinforces the reason why I do all my own work (if I have the tools required).
It consists of:
Nisstec Extended Travel Ultimate suspension lift kit:
- Radflo 2.0 extended travel coilovers
- 550lb Eibach springs
- SPC upper control arms
- clearanced coil buckets to avoid any possible ball joint contact
- OEM lower control arm alignment cam bolts
- rear add-a-leaf
- Bilstein shocks in rear
4x4 Parts 2" body lift
18" KMC Addict wheels with 1.25" B.O.R.A. wheel spacers
LT285/65R18 Nitto Trail Grappler M/Ts
I am checking into getting color-matched silver Line-X sprayed onto the front bumper molding, fender flares, and rocker panels to cover the 8 years worth of road rash...then I will be done....for now!
