Welcome to the club, it is F7 on my 2012 inside the IPDM under hood, passenger side. tail, and license lights are all the same fuse.

 

Just as @Grampy Matt said, there is one fuse for running lights, if on your Frontier all work except for both license plate lights, you may want to check bulbs and connector under and behind bumper.

 

Yeah my taillights are also out and the lights for my heater/ac cluster. Thanks for the help

Tail lights, marker lights, instrument cluster illumination are typically on one circuit.

 

ya, so you knew your tail lights were out if dash lights were out. my tail lights/license plate lights are a different fuse from front parking lights and dash lights,
