Ok,
It's been a while since I was looking, but I am interested in picking up a LED light bar for the front bumper opening on my Pro 4X. I know there was a thread on here awhile ago, but i'm sure with technology & lighting changes, there are other options now. I'm looking for a good 20-28 inch light bar. I would prefer one that comes with the good wiring harness already. I live in Florida, so it has to be weather/hurricane proof. I don't mind spending money for one that will last and not have to be replaced. Are there any that have "Rigid quality, without Rigid price"? Any pics or suggestions for wiring would be appreciated.

I like RIGID LIGHT BARS. Made in U.S.A., they're tough and hold up better than those from China.

I agree.Any quality lights are going to cost close to the same. Ridgid,VisionX,Baja Designs.
If you could get equal quality at a lesser price more people would buy them. Hard part is finding them if they even exist.

Agree here too. I had drilled down to several of the brands Whistler suggests above and originally wanted a $1500 dual row Rigid (amber, white) but went with the lower priced option single row Rigid Radiance bar. I had looked at KC HiLites and ProComp led bars as well.

Autoanything.com (a site sponsor) and 4Wheelparts were resources I have used; some have Free shipping, no tax, and 20% off from time to time.

For something I use maybe 2-3 times/month, it was a no-brainer.

Good luck in your search.

Are there heat issues with covering that hole in the front bumper?

I have a 30 inch curved. over 2 years now. It covers the entire opening, and have never had an issue with over heating.
