2011 SV 4x4 Crew Cab here. I've been considering changing out my exterior OEM bulbs to LED bulbs. From what I can tell from reading up on the forum, I'll need a 3157C/K for the tail and brake lights because of the polarity issues to avoid blown fuses. Will I also need the C/K models for like the tag light or bed light and all? Or are the 3157s the only ones with that issue?

Only for the brake/tail, 194 for the tag light and probably the 3rd brake light. Go big and do the turn signals and back up as well.
