Does anyone have good pics of an extended cab with the rear doors open? I am curious to see how easy the access is. I probably need to get a Crew Cab so that my 3-year-old has more room, but I really would prefer the extended cab. Anyone who was experience cramming kids in the back, especially with booster seats, please chime in!

Thanks,
Brian

My last truck was a extended cab and my boys hatted it.
This is why I went with the CC.
When I went car shoping I toke them with me to see how they fit.
Also think about how long you will the truck and how old your kid will be.

I have a king cab but no kids. I dont really think there is enough room for any sort of car seat in the back end. If you have kids you should definately get the crew cab it will be a whole different world. The back of the king cab will just about fit my golf bag and thats about it!

I have an '05 XE KC with a car seat for my two year old son. It is cramped with both him and my wife in the truck. But when it is just us guys, I fold the front seat flat and he loves it. The access is great.
I will try to post a pic this evening.

I needed the extra foot of bedspace so I went with the KC but I don't plan on carrying passengers in the back either. Too bad Nissan doesn't made the CC with a 6 foot bed anymore. Have you went the dealership yet, and tried them out?

Here's a picture with the doors opened.

I'm going to agree with the "keep in mind how long you're ogin gto have the truck" My son is 10 and up to my shoulders already (though I'm only 5'2") but in 6 years when it's paid for he'll be almost ready to drive it.
I had to go with the CC because my husband has a Saturn Ion Red Line, which has the samll back seat and suicide doors, and the boy is pretty cramped back there.

I'd say don't even bother trying the KC because even if they fit now they'll out grow it quickly.
