So far so good. This is a replacement for our old, trusty, 2000 Ranger. Same size 4 liter V6.

Looks like links to images on Google Drive may not work

Dealership ad is still up as of now.

Nice. Congrats bro. I had a 2004 ranger. What a great truck. Regret trading it in. Never had a single issue with it. Hopefully the same with my new 2016 Frontier.
How much did you get it for if you don't mind me asking?

Not sure who you're asking there. We haven't sold our 2000 Ranger yet.

On our "new to us" 2012 Frontier. I see a tow package. I'm going to want a brake controller. Any idea if much of the wiring has been done for that. This Frontier has a lot of options already on it. I'll need a six-way plug, not the four-way that's there now. If the brake controller wiring has already been done from back to front, it makes installing the controller a lot easier.

i dont have the answer but i recall seeing that discussed so im sure if you search trailer brake or brake controller you will be able to find some helpful information
You will need a "RECEIVER HITCH SUB HARNESS (BRAKE JUMPER) - 2012 Nissan Frontier (241677S000)" for the trailer brakes and TOW HARNESS - 7-PIN - 2012 Nissan Frontier (999T8BR020) will give you the 7 pin connector and the required relays for it all. The 4 pin connector may not have all the relays needed and they do not sell just the connector without the relays.
