Finally picked up my truck on the weekend. What should of been only a week ended up being two weeks but I'm just glad to have it!

But I do plan on adding mods to make it beautiful ::wink:: . So I need some suggestions on what mods I should use and what would be best. Any opinions are appreciated.

SUSPENSION

So I'd like to lift my truck to either 2.5" or 3" lift mostly because of these canadian winters and maybe for the looks too. I will be doing some offroading so I'm debating on going with bilsteins or a spacer lift.

Bilstein 5100 Front Height Adjustable & Rear 5100s - Problem with the 5100 is the max lift is 2", yet my brothers (the tundra) is at 2.5. I was wondering if this is a nisstec or something, I'm not exactly sure.

PRG 2005-2016 Frontier 3" Lift Spacer - 2wd & 4wd - A spacer lift from PRG. It's cheaper and supposedly can get 3".

ROUGH COUNTRY 2.5IN NISSAN SUSPENSION LIFT KIT - I'm hearing rough country makes cheap stuff but I haven't done much research.

Any other suggestion will be GREATLY appreciated.

RIMS

Now I'm still on the edge whether I should get aftermarket rims or just pain/plasti dip mine black. Main colours I'm looking are black and bronze.

Method has some nice lookin rims

Still on the edge but any wheels lookin similar to these would look nice I think.

TIRES

Would like to get some 33s once I get my lift on. Currently have Cooper Discovery A/T and still have some meat on them. But just the same old tires everyone else has.

BFGOODRICH All-Terrain T/A KO2

GOODYEAR WRANGLER DURATRAC

GENERAL® - GRABBER AT2 (brother has these)

Some experiences with other tires would be awesome if you would like to share.

BUMPERS

I've noticed there are not many options for aftermarket front bumpers. Shrockworks seems to be to leader I guess you can say. They're also really expensive so I'll probably just colour match the chrome with the body colour.

Shrockworks 2005-2016 Frontier Front Bumper

Will likely want it to look like this ^

Calmini Pre-Runner Front Bumper

Calmini Pre-Runner Front Winch Bumper

Shrockworks Frontier Rear Bumper, 2nd Gen 2005-2016

I have other mods such as bed caps, roof racks, light bars in mind but that will be after the lift and tires. Iffy on the bumpers.

Again, suggestions and your opinions on different products would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

SUSPENSION
If you're looking for 2.5" or above, Bilsteins won't do it without making the ride stiff. Spacers without changing UCAs at that kind of lift will also cause bad coil bucket contact.

I'm guessing you didn't read the suspension sticky first:

Many suspension-related questions asked can be answered by reading the thread above.

If these don't come in 6x4.5" bolt pattern, they won't fit. And that's even before you consider wheel offset.

I have KO2s, I like them. Haven't tried the others.

Not saying you don't, but considering you're only 17 years old - I hope you have a lot of money in your wallet, all the stuff you want to do is definitely possible but it won't be cheap.
