i have bought an 05' xterra, 06' titan, 09' 370z and an 10' frontier from jerry rome in west Springfield,ma.... awesome sales staff not pushy what so ever.. i told them what i wanted, they got it, each time i spent about 10 min doing paper work they handled the rest,, super easy to buy from def be back soon for hopefully a next gen titan !!! parts and service >>> bunch of D**k heads!!! they try to F*** u every chance they get if you what to do the work your self.. they will give u a fake part # and send u on your way hoping you will be back to have them do it!!! i am smarter than that u guys are not bending me over and raping me!! haha nice try!!!

Yikes! I was going to go there for parts and service, we ended up purchasing the Frontier at Country Nissan (great experience), but that is a hike.
Late last summer we went to JR to look at a used QX56 for my wife and we wanted to drive it and a salesman told us they are too busy now and to come back in a week or so :lol:

i have a big problem with service there... we own a 06 titan for the company work truck and the heat would go on and off when it decided to.... we took it there and they said bad thermostat.. ok no biggy, so i installed a new thermostat (was not going to pay $150 to install a $3 part with 2 bolts) .. heat still did not work so they F**** up that one, brought it back and they said it was a bad flow control valve.. this was a $150 part not to crazy but then they had the balls to say it was a bad HVAC computer too... and wanted 300 for that and another 200 to install everything... i got to thinking that both could not be bad i mean what were the odds right... so i brought it back to work i did a little poking around hooked the wires that were attached to the vaulve to a voltage tester and it was sending a 12v signal to open and close the valve.. not a bad computer .. opened up the valve and the servo motor was soaked in coolant... so we went back to get the part number for the valve so we could order it from some were else(because we were not about to order it from them after they f** up twice) got the part number ... went to go order one ( for $30 less...) the little weezal behind the desk gave us a totally different part number!!! poked around titan talk and found the real part number and ordered it from country nissan in sprngfld.. installed it heat works like a charm!!!
^^Wow, thats pretty dirty. JR is owned by Balise, I have never been a huge fan of their dealerships either.

ya i here ya on Balise dealerships... before i got the frontier i just test drove the Toyota tecoma from there place on riverdale... i spent may be 30 min fillin out paper work just to drive the damn thing, and after i left i got about 50 phone calls from the salesman sayin "hey are u goin to buy it?" i dont need a sales man barking down my throat to buy the truck i like ,,,JR they just threw me the keys and said bring it back when ever... no paperwork, no licence copying, no salesman yak in, in my ear... i don't know about you but i don't need a salesman to tell me about the truck that i have studied on-line for the last month!! hahah
