Could someone measure their jack rod for me? The one that came with my '03 Frontier King Cab 4x4 looks correct but seems to be a little short. I can't turn it without hitting the rear bumper. It measures 31-inches. I was going to order a new one, but if it's the same length as the one I got, it's not going to help. The one from my '06 Pathfinder is a 2-piece design that is a few inches longer, so that's an option.

UPDATEWhile I still would like the answer, I did solve my problem. I found out I could get the extension rod for the 2006 Pathfinder, which is P/N 99552-7S220 and costs about $5, and get the added length I need. It's about 18" long and has the same size ends as the jack rod and the handle.

When I first looked, I thought you were playing a joke. "The length of you jack rod is not respective of your flamdoogle angle." I did measure mine 31 5/8, so would the 5/8 make a difference.

I rounded off to 31". Not sure why it puts the crank handle so close to the bumper, but the extension I mentioned will work. Thanks!
