^^thisMy truck has that hole and it doesn't have a CEL or a gas cap tether. My guess is that it's a drain hole to let water and spilled dirty gas to drain out so it doesn't make its way into the filler tube.
Is this hole supposed to be here?
I'm asking because I replaced my old fuel cap and I'm still getting a P0455 code.
