Is the factory oil a syn blend?

Been reading about this. Does the factory put a synthetic blend in when it builds the truck?

Any reason to use the same when changing the oil or is it better to go to full synthetic? Yeah I know there are about 10,000 threads on this.

surprised chuck didn't try to sell you some blinker fluid and cross drilled brake lines too.
