Toyota beats everyone worldwide. Still like Nissan more. (have always disliked working on a toyota product)

Based on last years revenue:

The Largest Car Companies in the World (New)
I agree with what Toyota offers in the US I'd rather drive a nissan. Not impressed with the drive train on the taco after test driving it a couple of times. But, If I could buy a new diesel powered hilux or Prado land cruiser I would much prefer the Toyota brand. I'm even considering importing a JDM prado from Japan. After 25 years you can bring one in and not have to worry about diesel emissions etc.. So now we can finally import a second gen J90 Prado which is a fantastic SUV. Only catch is they are all right hand drive. But many from Japan have low miles and in excellent shape.

In Los Angeles, I usually see 1 or 2 per week, but they are all S or SV.
Only seen 1 black pro-X and 1 blue pro-4x ever since they came out.

No BoulderGrey other than mine on the road so far.😁

It's interesting how the Tundra trended down even with a redesign, and Tacoma sales seem to be falling off a cliff.

Just an observation, I drive up 84 and 290 into MA for work everyday and I think I’ve seen ONE ‘22 Frontier.
I could throw a rock out my window and hit like 3 tacos, f-150s and Chevy colorados, but I hardly see any 22 frontiers :( I like playing I Spy lol

are these just not that common because of all the recalls?
I really think that so many folks just don’t know how good these trucks are! My first one, a 2005 LE 4x4 was so far ahead in features and technology from Fords etc it was a no brainer. They continue to be a good truck. Good job by Nissan.

As crazy popular as the Nissan brand is in my area, you don't see many 2nd gens and I haven't seen a single 3rd gen on the road yet!

My local Nissan dealer told me a few years ago that they tried to stock as few Frontiers and Titans as possible because of slow sales.

In the 80's and 90's the hardbody style was everywhere on the roads it seemed.

I got turned on to 2nd gens because my FIL used them at service trucks where he worked for years and their problems dropped to about zero and their costs dropped considerably vs using the Chevys and Toyotas they had been buying prior.
