I know it is posted somewhere but I need to know how to hook up an ipod to my rockford cd changer. It is sat radio capable but not hooked up. ALso do I loose sat radio capability. Also it says to call sirius to set up the sat radio. Can I use XM instead of sirius?

Here are your options:

you can either get the ipod cable by nissan:

or you can get the aux input adapter (cheaper, and it's what I have):

You will still be able to use your radio, but you won't use the satellite radio. You can get an ipod cable that works with a satellite radio if you want though.
so let me clarify, basically I buy this PAC and plug it into the sat plugs in the back and then it gives me 2 audio input spots. Then just either run 2 cords to the console or mount the little box on the console. And this way it is hard wired in and not using an blank radio station (which is what I have now and it blows!).

iF YOU HAVE THE "AUX"plug on the lower passenger side of your radio consol. You just buy an adapter thats like 12 bucks at Advanced Auto.1 plugs into your ipod head phones, the other end into aux jack

Didnt see his quote...Same thing I said. My apology
no need to yell:). I do not have the aux input and I do not want to us the pac system b/c i will have to buy that and then a new nav system so I have decided to just wait and save up for a kenwood dnx 5120 and get the steering wheel control adapter. Thanks for the info though. I researched tacoma's for 6 months and then decided to buy a frontier so I am oblivious to them.
