does anyone know the injector size of the vq and the vk?
non flex fuel vk.

thats what i was trying to do over the internet with no luck so far since everything i've found on the internet uses vehicle specific part numbers so even know parts that are the same on say the frontier and the xterra have different numbers. i'm trying to find a site that shows real part numbers

i'm pretty sure the vq he's thinking of taking the injectors from is his old motor which is an 08 i believe and i want to say that the titan motor he got was an 07 but not 100% positive. have they been changing the injector size over the years of these motors or something?

i dont know... but to be sure i figured i would ask.

andy. go to rockauto.com and search the non flex 07 titan fuel injector. the part number is a link. click on it... it will list all makes and models that that specific injector will fit.

when you look under the titan its only showing the beck/arnley re manufactured ones but those same ones with the same part number are under the frontier too. the expensive ones are brand new non re manufactured but they all have the same applications

i'm guessing your vk currently has the flex fuel injectors in it which are about 30% larger to accommodate running e85 and if your not running the flex fuel electronics that would explain why she's dumping fuel like crazy.

v6 pump cant take it. or those boxes i needed wouldnt allow it.
but this is great news. cept ill need a new ecu now.

rockauto.com is the cheapest replacement/semi-performance parts provider i know of... a bit hard on shipping though.

its either the pump or those boxes i needed.

but i dont need them any more. and i have confirmation about not needed another pump.
