Noticed two more things I really like today... 1) the wipers don't intrude on the windshield, they are down low and hardly even visible when parked, and 2) the undercarriage is very clean.. some trucks look clean but have the transfer case or something else dangling down low ready to be ripped off by an offending boulder.

The more time I spend with this truck, the happier I am and more convinced that I definitely made the right decision.:fantastic:

Realized somethin' else too

The 4.0 puts out more HP and almost as much torque as the F-150 4.6 V8 company truck I used to have.

Way cool... I am just loving this truck.

The closest I've been to a Frontier before buying mine was looking at them at dealer lots on Sundays.....never even drove one before.


Really happy with this truck.
Comfortable, great handling, great value, love sitting up off the road.

what i was going for was that nissan made a habit of tucking everything up above the frame rails. unlike toyotas, which all have several parts exposed below the frame.

I hit a raccoon one morning with my skid plate and pumpkin. I had slid my receiver ball twice. other than that, I have never had a problem with hitting things on the under carriage.

I knowwww. Also, that is true for all toyotas. The exhaust pipe on my camry hangs way under everything else and it constantly getting scraped along.
