Traded back to a Frontier. This time 18 V6 4X4 KING .. Noticed the gas mileage immediately. Trying to find out which rear end gears I have. Guess Ill get under there and look for a tab or stamp.

Need to tow the Wing and VTX on occasion. Remember that .. glad to hear they fixed the radiator / tranny thing. Plan on keep this one for a while. Bought gap .. but want the extended warranty too. Any ideas who has the best prices. I have to do some web searching. If I remember correctly I bought one from a west coast bulk dealer for almost 1k less than the selling dealership last time.

Regards

I like to have it. On one of my Rams, there was an actuator that commonly broke off. Nothing wrong with the A/C just one of those RAM things. The actuator was used to open a vent. ...Didnt open and it was kind of like not having A/C at all. Literally a 50 cent part. Labor .. if I remember correctly 1000/1200 to rip out the dash and get to it. My cost $100.

I think of it like four wheel drive. Better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it to cover those Frontier things.

Congratulations! Question isn't what the warranty costs, it's what it will pay! Had great luck with Intercontinental Warranty Systems or Services or whatever it was. Only sold by credit unions and no longer sold by the one that sold it to me on my Scion xB which really needed it.

Do your research! Some are outright scams. Dealership F&I guy was pushing Fidelity. Said they insurred Jaguar and VW extended warranties. Googled and read 7 reviews in his office. Not one indicated it ever paid for anything!

Caveat Emptor!
